General Manager Manufacturing
Description:
Northstardst's manufacturing facility in Edmonton is a small but busy operation that is likely to see significant growth over the next 2 years. As a key member of our management team an opportunity has arisen to join our rapidly growing company and take our manufacturing division to the next level. In addition to managing this expected growth the successful candidate will work to gain ISO 9001 & 18001 accreditation, formalise processes in the facility, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Education / Experience:
Degree Qualified Engineer or a suitable experienced Technologist with significant industry experience, with leaning toward Mechanical Engineering.
Or 5+ years of managing a Machine Shop, or a senior manager / foreman of a larger facility looking to step up to an overall leadership position.
